I specialize in coaching you on how to handle a genital herpes (HSV-2) diagnosis. It is NOT a death sentence. My mission is to help those diagnosed with genital herpes liberate themselves from the prison we often place ourselves in after a diagnosis.

Initially after being diagnosed with genital herpes, a lot of us become depressed and feel that we just want to die. We can become stagnant, feel embarrassed, ashamed and lack confidence after diagnosis of a “lifelong” STD.

You can choose to feel alive again, liberate yourself, be healthy,  active, accepted, loved, and yes, confident!  Grieving takes time and can definitely be a part of this process, but don’t allow it to be your new place of comfort.  The way out, is to actually go through the uncomfortable, painful steps, rather than tiptoeing around.
